Made-to-order pillows and throws (which were made expressly for you) are not returnable, unless in case of product defect. Contact us here to start a return.
In Stock Product | Contiguous US
We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible in stock products in new and unused condition, in our sole discretion within 30 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase.
In stock items may be returned for a restocking fee of 15% plus a $15.00 per label fee within 14 days of receipt for store credit or refund. They must be returned unused and in perfect condition, in their plastic bags with original tags/labels still attached or return may not be allowed. Please pack your item(s) safely in the original box or equivalent and use the provided UPS label to ship your return. Original shipping fee is not refundable. We’ll deduct any restocking fees from your refund.
Defective Orders
If defective, first please forgive us, it was not intentional and we offer our humble apologies. Please send an image to our email so we may see the problem. We will issue a UPS or FEDEX pick up notice and email a return label to you. Our pillows are made-to-order and the pattern fabric layouts may differ from images shown on website and is not considered a defect.
Canceled in Transit:
If you need to cancel something that’s already in transit, the 15% restocking fee will also apply.

No returns are allowed without prior written approval.
Please provide us with order number, list of items being returned, and reason for return.
Upon acceptance of return KJH will issue pick up paperwork and provide a print at home return label.
We will issue a credit or refund in one of the following ways:
- With proof of purchase, the item purchase price will be refunded in the original form of payment. Where some or all of a purchase was made using a Gift Card or Merchandise Credit, a new Gift Card or Merchandise Credit will be issued, respectively.
- With a Gift Receipt, the item purchase price will be refunded by a Merchandise Credit.
- Any shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Aloha and hello! Returns of In Stock product will incur a15% restocking fee plus a charge of $49 per return label. We’ll deduct any restocking fees from your refund. Made to Order product is not returnable.
